Looking for a home in Pasadena and/or San Marino? As I was previewing homes yesterday, these three homes for sale caught my attention.

The first home is in Pasadena and it's a "move in" craftsman located in Bungalow Heaven.  In chatting with the home seller when visiting, I found out that this house was purchased a few years ago in mid $600,000 range.  Since buying it, the home owner updated both the kitchen and the bathroom and spent quite a bit of time working on the yard which features many fruit trees and beautiful plants.

Unfortunately, the owner has to sell now and he listed the property on the market for $529,000 way below his purchase price.  I am being told that this is not a short sale, but a regular, standard sale.
