Chino has a history of agriculture and dairy farming dating back to the Spanish land grant forming Rancho Santa Ana. Today the city and surrounding areas supply a significant amount of dairy products in Southern California.
Chino is located 40 miles east of downtown Los Angeles and is bounded by Chino Hills to the west, Pomona to the northwest, unincorporated San Bernardino County to the north, Ontario to the northeast, Eastvale to the Southeast, and unincorporated Riverside County to the south.
The city has a population of almost 90,000 and downtown Chino is home to satellite branches of the San Bernardino County Library and Chaffey Community College, the Chino Community Theatre, the Chino Boxing Club and a weekly Farmer's Market.

Active Properties: Homes that are currently being marketed for sale but do not have a purchase agreement.
- Days on Market (DOM): Number of days the property has been on the market.
- List Price: The price that a home seller is currently asking.

Properties Under Contract (Pending and Back Up Status): Listings for which a contract has been signed and the property is in escrow. These homes can be looking for back up offers or all the contingencies have been removed by the buyer making it a very solid transaction. The actual contract price does not become public record until the property has sold and the new owner information has been recorded.
