Founded in 1887, Azusa is located at the foothills of San Gabriel Mountains, less than 30 miles northeast of Los Angeles. The name "Azusa" dates to the Mexican Alta California era in the 19th century when Azusa was used to refer to the San Gabriel Valley and the San Gabriel River. Azusa is also called “The Canyon City” as it’s situated at the entrance to the San Gabriel Canyon.

With a population of 46,362, according to the 2010 Census, Azusa has a total area of 9.7 square miles. Azusa is served by the Azusa School District, which is the city’s second largest employer after Azusa Pacific University.

Active Properties: Homes that are currently being marketed for sale but do not have a purchase agreement.

  • Days on Market (DOM): Number of days the property has been on the market.
  • List Price: The price that a home seller is currently asking.

Properties Under Contract (Pending and Back Up Status): Listings for which a contract has been signed and the property is in escrow.  These homes can be looking for back up offers or all the contingencies have been removed by the buyer making it a very solid transaction.
