The number of homes on the market in San Marino are still pretty stable.  There's still quite a bit of buyer demand.

Overall, San Marino's real estate market is doing pretty well.  Homes that are priced well and show well are selling fairly quickly.  San Marino schools are the driving factor in the health of the real estate market of this beautiful community.
