The Cordelia Culbertson House is located in the prestigious Oak Knoll district of Pasadena. Built by architects Greene & Greene who were leading proponents of the American Arts & Crafts movement and well known for their landmark Craftsman homes in Pasadena. The house was completed in 1911 and was the last major residential commission for the Greene brothers together. The design utilizes Asian & Italian-villa elements. A dark green-tiled roof with red accents and a Chinese silhouette as well as a ballroom loggia and Italian garden.
