See the real estate market update for Altadena California

Altadena's real estate home prices have been on a down trend for quite a few months, but we're seeing a turn around.  March home price per square foot closed at only $266, but the last few weeks real estate activity has picked up dramatically.  We are seeing a lot of home buyers shopping for a home under $500,000.

For those of you who are looking for a $1,000,000 home for $500,000 Mexico is really something to consider.  I am an agent in Ajijic Mexico.  A small town on the biggest lake in Mexico (lake chapala).  We are rated as having one of the top 5 best climates in the world!  We are now in a buyers market, and getting more bang for your buck is always attractive.  I am always interested in referral exchanges.  For all agents who have clients moving south, Ajijic is a great retirement community abd worth checking out.   Thanks.
