We are encouraging all of our agents to use Social Media. Not only that but we have heard numerous stories from our agents of how they have gotten clients through their Social Media efforts.

As far as the security issues are concerned, just don't post anything that you wouldn't want your Grandmother to see and you should be O.K.

Jim, absolutely... there are wonderful condos available in some of the more desirable areas of Pasadena at a discount from a couple of years ago. These prices will not last and the low interest rates sure make for some great opportunities. Hopefully, Bend Oregon condo market will pick up soon. Thanks for visiting!
