Brad, so glad to see your smiling face. It's always a mystery to me that a lot of buyers feel more comfortable buying in the sellers' market vs. the buyers' market. Real estate investors are out in droves and we're finally seeing buyers become more aggressive, but I still get phone calls with people discussing how they are going to time the market. :-)

This was a good post Irina, when the prices start going up, buyers will start to really make their moves, and this is when it all starts to turn around. We are seeing prices starting to go up in pockets all over the country. Would be nice to be on the climb back upward. :-)

Mike, yes we do! It's especially exciting to know that we have 3 local school districts that are in the top 5 in the entire California!!!

Petrea, I'd love to see a photo of the Sears Kit Home. Not too many of them can be seen around Pasadena. If the neighbors would allow it, I'd love to feature the home on my site.

Faina, yes... the nostalgia of simple times. Everything is getting more and more complex lately. There's so much beauty in simplicity.

The Arcadian, I think both of us feel the same about the ever rising number of McMansions. Let me know when it's time for you to own a piece of Pasadena and we'll go shopping. :-)
